Refund procedure

How refunds work for Lemon Squeezy and Kiwify buyers.

Refunds are handled by the checkout provider used for the purchase. International checkout is handled through Lemon Squeezy. Brazil checkout is handled through Kiwify.

International orders

For Lemon Squeezy purchases, reply to the purchase email or contact [email protected] with the order email, order ID if available, product tier, and reason for the refund request.

When a refund is approved and the provider sends the refund event, agentshorts revokes buyer access and records the refund in the access ledger. Payment timing depends on Lemon Squeezy and the buyer's payment method.

Brazil orders

For Kiwify purchases, contact [email protected] with the buyer email and Kiwify order identifier. Brazilian consumer requests are reviewed with the 7-day withdrawal right under CDC Art. 49 in mind.

When Kiwify confirms the refund, agentshorts removes access, records the event, and sends a confirmation email.

What access changes after refund

Refunded buyers should expect private repository access, download access, and future updates to stop. License checks are warning-only in local code, but refunded or disputed licenses are treated as revoked in support and audit records.

What to include

Send buyer email, checkout provider, order ID, tier or module, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, full access tokens, or private API keys.
