Expected response time
For v0, support is email-based. Expected first response is two business days for normal setup and billing questions. Refund, access loss, suspected breach, or takedown issues should be triaged first when they affect delivery, buyer rights, or active abuse.
What to include
- Purchase email.
- Checkout provider: Lemon Squeezy or Kiwify.
- Order ID if available.
- Product tier and module name.
- Operating system and Node.js version.
- Exact command that failed.
- Redacted error output.
- License key prefix, not the full key.
What not to send
Do not send full API keys, .env files, private repository tokens, raw buyer access links, full card data, or unrelated personal data. If support needs a sensitive value, they will ask for a safer exchange path.
Escalation
Use the subject line URGENT access issue, URGENT refund, or URGENT security only when the issue blocks paid access, involves a confirmed refund problem, or may expose buyer data.
